In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Access to and use of the ug900 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. ug900 enforces a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance held in the Account.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated — whether by reason of mental incapacity, guardianship, or any other legal status — are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the ug900 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Self-Exclusion Status: Individuals who have previously self-excluded from ug900 or who are subject to an active exclusion period are not eligible to register a new account or access the Platform during the exclusion term.
• Employee Restriction: Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of ug900 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in any real-money wagering on the Platform.

To access real-money betting and gaming on ug900, you must complete the registration process and open a verified Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document
• Your date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older)
• A valid email address that you personally own and control
• A mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Your preferred Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) deposit method
• A unique username and a strong password of your own choosing

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ug900 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify the ug900 support team immediately and change your password without delay.

ug900 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the applicant does not satisfy the eligibility conditions set out in Clause 2, or where the application appears to be associated with fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.

ug900 is required to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts before processing a first withdrawal. KYC is a standard compliance requirement applied by licensed betting and gaming operators globally, and it exists to protect both the Player and the integrity of the Platform.

The KYC verification process requires you to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, full-color scan or photograph of a valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. All four corners of the document must be visible, and all text must be legible.
• Proof of Address: A document issued within the last three months confirming your residential address — a utility bill, bank statement (from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or another recognized Indonesian financial institution), or official government correspondence.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where your deposit was made via a bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay), ug900 may request confirmation that the payment account is registered in your name.

ug900 aims to complete KYC review within 24–48 hours of receiving complete and satisfactory documentation during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. Incomplete submissions, low-quality images, or documents with obscured information will extend the review timeline. ug900 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the verification process.

Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. This hold applies equally to all withdrawal methods — e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) and bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) alike. ug900 will not apply this hold as a mechanism to delay legitimate withdrawals; it is a one-time compliance step applied uniformly to all new accounts.

All Account transactions on ug900 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ug900 holds IDR as the primary account currency at the database level — no currency conversion is applied to your deposits or withdrawals at any stage of the transaction process.

Supported Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published on the ug900 Cashier page within your Account dashboard.

Supported Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may be processed to any payment method from which a deposit was made, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawal requests to bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) that do not match the name on the ug900 Account will be declined.

• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay): typically processed within 5 minutes of approval during staffed hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga): typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval during staffed hours. Inter-bank transfers may take up to 1 business hour depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

ug900 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ug900's control. We recommend checking your provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.

ug900 reserves the right to impose transaction limits — minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts — at its sole discretion. Current limits are displayed in the Account Cashier and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

ug900 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Clause. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Clause, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available exclusively to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing at the time of the promotion. Players with restricted accounts, those under self-exclusion, or those found to be in breach of these Terms are not eligible for any bonus offer.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Game Contributions: Not all games on the ug900 Platform contribute equally toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Slot titles typically contribute 100%; live casino table games (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live) typically contribute 10%–15%; sports bets contributing toward sportsbook-specific bonuses are subject to minimum odds requirements specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds expire if the associated wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: ug900 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, low-variance betting strategies used to fulfill wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account abuse, and misuse of referral programs. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have any bonuses, associated winnings, and related withdrawals cancelled.
• Promotional Amendments: ug900 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, where there is a reasonable operational, legal, or integrity-related ground for doing so.

All wagering activity on the ug900 Platform — including sports betting, live casino games, slot play, crash games, and card game formats — is subject to the specific rules of each product category, in addition to the general rules set out in this Clause.

Sportsbook: All sports bets placed on ug900 are subject to ug900's Sportsbook Rules, which govern settlement, void bets, postponed events, in-play bet acceptance, and mix parlay (combination accumulator) selection requirements. Odds are displayed in decimal format. ug900 reserves the right to limit or refuse any sports bet at its sole discretion, particularly where market integrity concerns apply.

Live Casino: Live dealer tables (powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live) are subject to the rules of the respective game variants in use at the time of play. Game rules are displayed within the game interface. ug900 accepts no liability for network interruptions that occur during live table sessions; any incomplete rounds in which a Player's position was not settled will be voided and the relevant stake returned.

Slots & RNG Games: All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the ug900 Platform use independently certified RNG systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the game studios (Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft) and are available in each game's information panel. ug900 does not modify studio-published RTP figures.

Crash Games: Crash game outcomes are determined by a provably fair algorithm. Players may verify each round's result using the verification tools available on the crash game page. ug900 does not accept liability for cash-out failures caused by Player-side network interruptions.

Maximum winnings per single bet or game session may be subject to platform-wide caps. Current maximum payout limits are available in the Account Cashier and Sportsbook Rules sections. ug900 reserves the right to void any wager where a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error led to materially incorrect odds or game parameters being presented to the Player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ug900 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any point during Account use
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to ug900 immediately
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any form of coordinated cheating in poker, live dealer, or other competitive game formats
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in furtherance of any financial crime
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Clause 6
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ug900 staff or other Players in any communication channel
• Permitting a third party to access or operate your Account, or sharing your Account credentials with any other individual

All Intellectual Property on the ug900 Platform — including the ug900 brand name, logo, website design, software, source code, graphics, text content, and game interfaces — is owned by or licensed to ug900. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any ug900 Intellectual Property beyond the limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ug900 Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of ug900. Unauthorized use of ug900's Intellectual Property may give rise to claims for damages and/or injunctive relief.

Game content — including slot graphics, live dealer studio environments, and crash game interfaces — is owned by the respective game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft) and is licensed to ug900 for display on the Platform. Third-party studio Intellectual Property rights are fully reserved to those studios.

ug900 is committed to protecting the personal data of its Players. The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data is governed by ug900's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering an Account, you consent to ug900 collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for purposes including Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and operational analytics.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ug900 excludes all liability for losses or damages — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from bet voidance under Clause 7
• Platform unavailability, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance periods
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Inaccuracies in odds, scores, or game data resulting from third-party data feed errors
• Actions taken by ug900 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension following suspected prohibited conduct
• Any loss arising from your reliance on Platform content as financial, legal, or investment advice — ug900 content is for entertainment and wagering purposes only

Nothing in these Terms limits ug900's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ug900's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any withdrawals made in the same period.

ug900 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. All Players are encouraged to treat online betting and gaming as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ug900 Account holders at no charge, accessible directly from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and may only be reduced without a waiting period; increases require a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your Account is suspended during the cooling-off period; your Balance is preserved and accessible upon return.

Where changes are material — meaning they could reasonably affect a Player's rights or obligations — ug900 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on the Account and via a platform-wide notification on the ug900 website.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause) may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Balance by contacting our support team prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ug900 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, ug900 and the Player shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Clause prevents ug900 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its Intellectual Property rights or prevent prohibited conduct that is causing or threatens to cause immediate harm to the Platform or other Players.

Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legally complex space under Indonesian law. Each Player is solely responsible for determining the legality of online betting and gaming under the laws of their own jurisdiction before registering and participating on the Platform. ug900 makes no representations as to the lawfulness of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction.
